• V. Data protection
  The customer expressly consents to the processing and storage of their data by Maduo OG and is entitled to revoke this consent at any time.
  All data provided by the customer is solely for internal purposes.
  Maduo OG will disclose the information or data provided by the customer to the relevant providers associated with the module for order processing and direct contact for further order processing.
  This disclosure right does not extend to other third parties. Orders and transactions made on or through the platform are digitally recorded and evaluated by Maduo OG.
  Both the customer and the provider acknowledge and agree that Maduo OG may process data even when acting solely as an intermediary.
